These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services (the “Services”) provided by Roof Restore Buddy LLC (“Roof Restore Buddy,” “we,” “us”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. What we do

Roof Restore Buddy is a free advertising and lead-matching service that connects homeowners with independent, third-party roofing contractors. We are not a roofing contractor, we do not perform roofing work, and we do not employ or control the contractors in our network.

2. No endorsement or guarantee

We screen contractors before adding them to our network, but we do not guarantee the licensing, qualifications, work quality, pricing, or conduct of any contractor. Any agreement you enter into with a contractor is solely between you and that contractor. You are responsible for verifying a contractor’s license, insurance, references, and reviews before hiring.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old and the property owner or authorized to request work on the property.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and a phone number you own or are authorized to use.
  • You will use the Services only for lawful purposes.

4. Consent to contact

By submitting a request, you agree to our Consent Terms and authorize Roof Restore Buddy and matched contractors to contact you as described there. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including content, logos, and design, are owned by Roof Restore Buddy or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them without permission.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Cost estimates and calculators are for general guidance only and are not quotes.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROOF RESTORE BUDDY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DISPUTE, WORK, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR DEALINGS WITH A CONTRACTOR.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Roof Restore Buddy harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services or your dealings with any contractor.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
