Consent to be contacted

When you submit a quote request on Roof Restore Buddy, you provide express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable law. This page explains exactly what you’re agreeing to.

What you consent to

By checking the consent box and submitting the form, you authorize:

• Roof Restore Buddy and up to four (4) roofing professionals (or their authorized agents and partners) to contact you about your project;
• contact at the phone number and email address you provided, including by automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS/text message;
• contact even if your number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry.

Not a condition of purchase

Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can still request quotes another way, for example, by calling us at (833) 555-0100.

Message frequency & rates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.

How to opt out or revoke consent

You may revoke consent at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any text message;
• Asking the caller to place you on their internal Do Not Call list;
• Emailing hello@roofrestorebuddy.com with “opt out” and your phone number; or
• Using our Do Not Sell or Share page.

Revoking consent will stop future marketing contact from Roof Restore Buddy; contractors you’ve already connected with maintain their own opt-out processes.

Record of consent

To document your consent, we and our partners (including ActiveProspect TrustedForm and Jornaya/LeadiD) may capture a tamper-evident certificate of your form interaction, including a timestamp, the consent language shown, and technical details. See our Privacy Policy for more.
